'TideGlassLane' started with an aspiration to offer true Neapolitan pizza in London. Established by the Moretti family in 1985, we began as a quaint family-managed shop with heirloom recipes.

Our progenitor, Luca Moretti, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her journey across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was conceived. Returning to the UK, her mission was to reproduce the experience of authentic Italian pizza using age-old techniques and the finest materials.

Originally a small 12-seat eatery, we have become a cherished local fixture, yet our adherence to excellence and genuine practices has remained. Our traditional wood-fired ovens are still at work, every day we prepare fresh dough, and we seek out superior ingredients.

Today, 'TideGlassLane' is still a family-run venture, now with the Moretti family's second generation at the helm, continuing our fervent pursuit. While we welcome new innovations, we maintain the essence of our foundation: serving delightful, true pizza that unites our community.
